Income Restrictions

Located throughout Davenport, EHDG New Horizons offers 1-4 bedroom apartments, townhomes, duplexes, and single family houses. Newly renovated in 2024, each home offers updated finishes, off-street parking, and in-unit washers and dryers.

 

This community is part of an affordable housing program. Section 8 vouchers are accepted.

To qualify, the annual income for the household must be below the following income caps:

8 person household: $51,600

 

60% Set-Aside:

1 person household: $41,040

2 person household: $46,920

3 person household: $52,800

4 person household: $58,620

5 person household: $63,360

6 person household: $68,040

7 person household: $72,720

8 person household: $77,400
